Thanks to careful planning by city officials, Signal Hill has become a blend of old and new. The city has several ways to assist new or existing homeowners. There are two programs to assist low and moderate income residents make exterior repairs or rehabilitation to single-family homes and duplexes throughout the city. In addition, there are a variety of new developments available to choose from that offer everything from single-family homes, condos, townhouses, view properties, custom homes and more. A variety of sizes and prices are available with additional projects expected to come online in the coming months and years.
